My Beliefs
“As I’ve traveled all over the world, the fact that I’m a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints has caused a lot of interesting questions. I’ve received so many letters and e-mails asking things like, What are the basic beliefs of Latter-Day Saints?”
My Testimony
…Some want to know how Debbie and I have been able to maintain a strong marriage — over all these years — while living in the world of show business. Others want to know how we dealt with the challenges of raising a close and happy family in such difficult times.
How do we maintain a balance between work, and family life? Well, you know it’s not always easy, but the following pages are my attempt to explain a way of life that helps answer these kinds of questions. It gives me stability in a world, and in a business, that can be uncertain, compromising, and stressful. It’s the pattern that gives me direction in my life. And, I hope that this information will help answer some of your questions.

An Expression of Concern About the LDS Faith
After much study and reading into your faith LDS I have come to a conclusion…. NO amount of good works will get you to heaven…. Jesus was the ONLY man who was perfect and we are all sinners… And Joseph Smith is a false prophet… I hope you will know the truth. In Jesus name I pray .

It’s All About Grace
We can’t out-sin the grace of God. If we could, if it were possible, then it would not be GRACE. No doubt, some may take this truth and distort it. “If I can’t out-sin God’s grace,” one may say, “then I can just keep on sinning and sinning.” But God’s overwhelming forgiveness is not a license for sin, but a motivation for holiness.

Explain Matthew:22-23 — Isn’t Grace Enough?
How do you explain Matthew 7:22-23? How can grace not be enough if Jesus tells [the thief] he will see him in paradise?

Isn’t Salvation a Free Gift?
Isn’t salvation a free gift as we accept Jesus Christ as Our Lord, dying in our place for our sins? Why do Mormons have a Salvation Plan?
