These pictures were made July 4,1982, at Carowinds Amusement Park, Charlotte, NC. The pictures are not the best quality but not to bad for the time period. I was in the 6th row, and the temperature was over 100 degrees that day, but you would have never known it by the performance of the amazing Osmonds. I was so excited to finally get to see my first love, Donny, perform, as well as Marie and the brothers. This was the only time I have been able to see any of the Osmonds live, however I did get to speak with Donny on the phone once. About 20 years ago Donny was in Chapel Hill, NC for a PBS fundraiser and spoke with many of the callers making donations. I was very fortunate to be one of the ones to speak with him. I will always cherish the memories of both the concert and my few moments spent talking to the only man I would leave my husband for, as promised when I married him. Thank you for a chance to share my memories.
